The short version: LionGateOS runs on your hardware. Your data never leaves your machine. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't have access to anything you do inside the app.
1. What LionGateOS Collects — Inside the App
Nothing. LionGateOS is a local-first system. All your data — quotes, notes, budgets, agent memory, travel plans — lives on your machine. It is never sent to our servers. We have no access to it.
2. What This Website Collects
The liongateos.com website itself collects minimal information:
- Feature request form: If you submit a feature request, your name (optional), industry (optional), and request text are stored via Netlify Forms. This is used only to read your request. We do not add you to any mailing list.
- Purchase records: If you buy a plan or credit pack, your payment is processed by the payment provider (NOWPayments for crypto, Stripe/Square for card). We receive a record of the transaction but not your full payment details.
- Contact emails: If you email antonio@liongateos.com, that email is stored in the inbox. It is not shared with anyone.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that follow you across the web. The website may use browser localStorage to remember your theme and display preferences. This data stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
4. Third-Party Services
- Netlify — hosts this website. Their servers process page requests. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- NOWPayments — processes crypto payments. See their privacy policy for what they collect.
- Ollama — the local inference engine runs entirely on your machine. No data leaves your hardware.
5. Children
LionGateOS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
6. Your Rights
If you submitted a feature request and want it deleted, or if you have any privacy question, email antonio@liongateos.com and we'll handle it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. The core principle — your data stays on your machine — will not change.
