LionGateOS is a local-first AI operating system that runs on your own hardware. When you purchase a plan or credit pack, you are purchasing access to software and documentation — not a managed cloud service. Your data stays on your machine.
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing. No refunds are issued for the current or any past billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. You receive access to all current features and all future updates for as long as LionGateOS exists. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
Payments made in cryptocurrency are final and irreversible by nature of the technology. No refunds are possible on crypto transactions. If you are unsure about a purchase, contact us before paying.
LionGateOS is software that runs on your hardware. We cannot guarantee it will work on every hardware configuration. We do not offer uptime guarantees, as the system runs locally on your machine, not our servers. We provide documentation and community support to help you get it running.
LionGateOS and all its components are owned by Antonio Vidal. Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership.
We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use LionGateOS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
